2 xícaras de Arroz Gabriela cozido
3 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 xícara de chá de castanha-do-pará
Faça um arroz branco com temperos de sua preferência. Coloque as castanhas-do-pará em água fervente e deixe por cinco minutos (ou pelo menos até que fiquem macias). Parta as castanhas em finas fatias no sentido do comprimento. Em seguida, frite no azeite e misture no arroz já cozido. Não esqueça de acertar o sal, depois é só servir na mesa!
